Jasper Garvida, the latest winner of Project Catwalk is now a luxury fashion design brand based in central London. About to debut his second collection at the prestigious On/Off exhibition in London Fashion Week this coming September. Jasper has develop a highly respected name since graduating from Central Saint Martins within the industry for his innovative and feminine designs, and has attracted a strong following of editors, fashionistas and celebrities alike.

Experience gained: The student will gain experience of pattern cutting, sourcing supplies, in-house design and working within a team to meet deadlines.

The student will be working on garments for the up-coming Spring/Summer 2010 collection to be shown in London Fashion Week. The student will gain a vast amount of hands-on experience working in the studio with other designers.

In this fast paced working environment the student will need to and be able to start as soon as possible. This unique opportunity would particularly suit students specialising in womenswear design and accessories.

Expenses:Travel expenses only

Supervision: Jasper Garvida and Lani Egede-Hissen (Designer)

Length of placement: 4 weeks

Location: 218 Ladbroke Grove, a short walk from Ladbroke Grove underground on the Hammersmith & City line.
