Work Placements- studio assistant

Length of placement: 3 months in the first instance, longer by negotiation

Location: High Street Kensington

Study/experience gained: You will get the opportunity to work on a collection from its conception right through to PR presentation and get an insight into all studio related work, like pattern cutting, toiling, sample cutting, fittings, production preparation. Your fuction will depend on your knowledge and skills as well as your ability to take responsibility.

Study/experience required: We are looking for various students/graduates with good drawing skills, good computer knowledge, pattern cutting and sewing skills. Attention to detail is important and must be reliable and punctual.

Expenses:Travel expenses will be paid

Supervision: Supervised and trained by the Design team. The studio manager will be responsible officially for the paperwork for trainees (paper work etc.).
