Gwendolyn Carrié is a London-based luxury footwear label specialising in handmade, limited edition ladies' shoes using the designer's signature fish skin leathers and other exotic skins.
We are offering a work placement for an enthusiastic and self-motivated intern with excellent writing and research skills to assist with developing our website content in the run-up to the forthcoming fashion weeks. This includes product information for the online boutique as well as more extensive research into broader themes for a new section on the website that will have a journalistic slant. The intern must be confident on Photoshop, possess attention to detail and have a keen interest in the luxury footwear and accessories industry. Other tasks may include assisting with marketing and promotional events such as London Fashion Week and London Fashion Weekend as well as other PR events.
The right candidate will need to be London-based and an independent worker. The intern stands to gain experience in online marketing and promotions within a small luxury brand and will suit a journalism or fashion marketing student interested in footwear and accessories. This placement is unpaid but travel expenses will be reimbursed.
