Rachel Entwistle Jewellery www.rachelentwistle.co.uk is looking for a focussed, exceptionally well-organised and resourceful assistant to help out with PR, marketing and sales and provide assistance with trade and retail events. You will have the opportunity to be involved with; contacting regional and national press, help in drafting press releases, updating databases, contacting stockists, general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects as well as preparing for and helping out with sales at exhibitions.

The placement would benefit a student or graduate who has a background in fashion PR, marketing, sales or magazines and a willingness to learn. A good standard of spoken and written English is required and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Photoshop would be beneficial.

The company is a small but growing business and this is a fantastic opportunity to be really hands on and prove your worth by bringing your ideas to the studio. Confidence on the phone, a can-do attitude, organisational skills and self-belief are a must!

In return, Rachel will provide a fantastic reference and also advise on CV presentation and support in finding paid work upon completion of the placement. You invest your time and skills and I will do the same for you!

The placement is UNPAID, but travel expenses are paid within London. Your hours would be 10am – 6pm and you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks for 2-3 days per week.
