The Digital Marketing Executive will be working for the high-growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level.

We are looking for someone who is equally as passionate about our brand, that are looking to innovate and strengthen our current digital team and an individual that will continue to push our industry-leading YoY growth in the paid media space.

What you will do:

  • Create compelling paid advertisement strategies and implement these across Meta and TikTok primarily, alongside other social media platforms
  • Provide recommendations and execute plans for keyword chances, campaign framework, targeting, media performance and other aspects of paid search in accordance with company goals outlined by the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in creating acquisition plans to attract customers and exposure for our websites, adhering to marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROAS
  • Be proactive in planning, optimising and executing of the paid search strategy
  • Maintain up to date knowledge with the latest trends across digital marketing, particularly in paid search, and report this back to Management
  • Track and report back on campaign performances, particularly in paid social, at more granular level to assess where improvements can be made
  • Update and monitor Google paid media with amendments when required
  • Identify new sales opportunities that could help drive further sales & oversee retention programs to keep past customers engaged and encourage repeat customers
  • Assist the team in email marketing, blog updates and website features as and when these are required
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve when needs arise
  • Analyse data in depth and present driven results for future marketing campaigns, with review of marketing reports, dashboards and insights to be shared with the team and Directors
  • Conduct market research regularly to optimise strategies
  • Continuously review product & sales performance, helping to devise long-term strategies that support growth and impact
  • Have flexibility and open-mindedness to rework strategies and promotional plans as needed to drive campaigns in the right direction to enable company goals to be achieved

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 1+ year's experience in a digital marketing role
  • The ability to travel to our HQ near Chester (office based role)
  • Experience and knowledge of paid media marketing, particularly with Meta & TikTok
  • Excellent skills in analytics, data and IT, with the ability to pinpoint trends and improvements to be made from big data to a more granular level
  • Knowledge of any email marketing platform (preferably Klaviyo) and Google Campaigns
  • An open mind and is driven by results
  • The ability to be highly organised and efficient within a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to blend and complete tasks within a team, working together with colleagues to give the best work output possible
  • Confidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team, yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas further
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to work on different projects simultaneously
  • A graduate-level qualification is advantageous but not essential; experience is more important to us!)
