Ecommerce:

  • Contributing to growth of digital sales channel, and ensuring the brand is properly communicated across the website and its user journeys. Reporting to Ecommerce Manager.
  • Assisting with maintaining and updating the online catalogue - creating and updating product and category records with a variety of assets. Coordinating product information, copy & imagery. Creating and editing new and existing product categories.
  • Writing & editing product and category copy
  • Preparing the websites to launch new products and marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with inventory and delivery information on site, ensuring accuracy
  • Assisting with on-site content and admin updates on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to: site merchandising, content creation and updates, promotions, pricing, search management, inventory updates, price rules
  • Creating testing and managing onsite promotions and pricing
  • Assisting with development projects: testing new functionality, reporting problems, helping with scoping new functionality
  • Contribute to the development of the customer journey, website usability and overall customer experience online through site testing, competitor/industry analysis and customer feedback 

Social Media and Online Marketing:

  • Plan and execute content for social media channels and increase following and engagement across all social channels. Ensure brand message is consistent and appropriate. Reporting to Ecommerce Manager and Director.
  • Engage with HOH follower base and grow presence on social media: posting and scheduling posts, commenting, responding, liking
  • Own and develop the social content calendar and work with key stakeholders and external partners to plan, curate and create fresh content that will sustain community growth, and high follower engagement
  • Foster and brief opportunities across image based platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest
  • Run bimonthly competitions in line with the content calendar
  • Building relationships with key interiors, fashion and lifestyle bloggers to earn coverage for the brand via digital collaborations
  • Lead weekly and monthly reports that look at competitor activity and the social trend-scape
  • Contribute to 12-week content planning for social, newsletter and other online content
  • Assist with building and scheduling newsletters 

Press and PR:

  • Assisting with all offline marketing activity including Press, PR, Events and Collaborations. Reporting to PR Manager and Director.
  • Arranging all press call-in and image requests
  • Chasing up missing returns from shoots and call-ins
  • Answering general PR questions and enquiries
  • Arranging interviews with the brand for editorial coverage and ensuring that all content reaches the publication on time
  • Writing press releases for new season arrivals, new collaborations and brand announcements
  • Ensure all relevant high resolution images for the collection / included in the press release are available to press contacts
  • Create a contacts database for press and VIP contacts
  • Collating and distributing coverage: purchasing magazine for coverage, scanning, filing, distributing to team and updating collateral
