This role will work with the Performance Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Officer in the creation, execution and management of our performance digital marketing activity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

  • In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Assist the Performance Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Officer with the effectiveness of digital campaigns, with a focus on growing our lead gen & gift card activities
  • Assist the implementation of location marketing activity, working with retail and regional teams to make sure all information is relevant and up to date and we’re maximising all marketing opportunities.
  • Support the wider team in researching and launching digital activity in new media channels
  • Write briefs for digital marketing campaigns and compile asset requirements to brief creative production for paid media activity
  • Report on and analyse performance, offering clear campaign feedback and insights, delivering actionable learnings and leveraging data points to inform future decision making
  • Using reports and dashboards to distribute regular reporting to all relevant stakeholders
  • Work with and support the management of channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Media partner)
  • Support in budget management and the processing of invoices

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing
  • A deep passion for performance marketing channels & understanding of how they work
  • Proven track record using Meta Business & Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work to deadlines and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
  • An understanding of analytical tools, Google Analytics etc.
