We are an internationally recognised lingerie & swimwear brand, looking to recruit a talented Senior Designer for Lingerie. Your role will be to create directional, on-trend lingerie ranges. This is about celebrating curves and pushing the brand forward, and you will be someone who shares this passion, and can bring fresh ideas.

Senior Designer (Lingerie) - The Job Specification:

• Research and interpret global trends, and innovations for new seasonal development
• Demonstrate brand and market awareness, and be able to interpret market requirements
• Produce and present seasonal trend boards
• Design and engineer new product and co-ordinated ranges for the brand.
• Creation and fit development of commercial and technically viable lingerie
• Understand costing restraints and work garment in line with targets
• Fit and grade patterns (training will be provided)
• Work with technical teams to develop and finalise garment for production
• To source and develop new materials/designs within cost are fit for purpose
• Work with all associated design processes, including pattern work, organizing photoshoot samples, to ensure critical path  deadlines are met.

Senior Designer (Lingerie) – The Person Specification:

• Degree educated degree in Contour Fashion or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years' lingerie design experience
• Bra pattern cutting skills (Manual or Modaris).
• Ability to identify trends, recognise key competitors and retail trends to create commercial products
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• A highly organised person, able to manage your own workload/ dept priorities and support the team.
• Be a great communicator, able to present ideas at all levels within the organisation
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A keen eye for print/colour.
• Ability to travel as and when required
• Grading skills would be advantageous – training will be provided.
