Our design-led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion – meaning a constant feed of exciting new stuff to try on, helped along by the most dedicated and on it staff-turned-stylists on the planet.

With the recent launch of our ecommerce site and flagship store expansion, we are focused on scaling our existing channels and opening additional stores – all whilst maintaining a strong design aesthetic, stylish atmosphere in store and fanatic customer focus.

Apprenticeship Summary:

  • Weekly apprentice wage: £145.25/week* (reviewed in months 6 and 12)
  • Working week: Monday-Friday 9:30am-5pm (35 hours per week)
  • Expected duration: 18 months
  • Possible start date: 17 Aug 2020
  • Apprenticeship level: 4
  • Positions: 2 available

*Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

The two available positions will be split across the below duties based on candidate skillset:

  • Coordinate the delivery of day-to-day marketing campaigns and tactical activity
  • Manage post activity across all social media channels
  •  Write copy for all marketing materials (including social media, web pages, brand reports, and ads) adhering to the brand tone of voice guidelines
  • Create and distribute email marketing to customer and partner audiences
  • Brainstorm and pitch ideas that meet brand and marketing objectives
  • Support the day-to-day management of the Glassworks’ influencer programme including:
    • Campaign coordination – drafting campaign briefs and liaising with influencers to ensure that content deliverables are high quality, on brand, on time, and within budget
    • Relationship management – propose and onboard new influencer partners including outreach support and ongoing relationship management
    • Budget tracking including campaign fees, giveaway costs, etc.
    • Coordinate fashion press outreach and PR campaign activity
  • Organise customer and partner events including concept, invitations/guest lists, promotions/giveaways, and sponsors
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, ensuring to assist the team in exceeding the targets
  • Support the broader team as required across all press, events, and performance marketing needs

  • Good computer knowledge including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoke English with strong communication skills

Desired qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs with grades A to C, including Maths and English

Future prospects:

Successful trainees can expect to progress into marketing teams at larger brands and media agencies, typically in creative industries.
