Receptionist / Office Admin / PA to Directors Job at Fashion & Beauty PR Agency in Centreal London.

We are hiring!  B the communications agency is one of the UKs largest and most exciting fashion and beauty PR agency's.  See our website for background and exciting client list.  The successful candidate will join as our Front of House and will be the first point of contact for anyone coming through the agency doors.  Role responsibilities will be varied and everyday will be different. 

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

  • Office Management including – building issues, environmental issues, forewarning team of travel issstationery, printer, external printing, tidiness, supporting the wider team as required office temp/fragrance, kitchen, cleaning, company relations 
  • Director Diary Management and meeting schedules & PA duties
  • Booking venues for team meetings
  • Meet & greet
  • Meeting room prep and management 
  • Couriers
  • Reception
  • Office Music
  • IT relations 
  • Must always be presentable and have a level of understanding of our industry
