We are looking for a Studio Administrator to join our busy London based team. This role is suited to a recent graduate looking for their first step on the career ladder.

The Studio Administrator is responsible for the day to day administration of the studio, ensuring the studio is organised and manages a variety of responsibilities whilst also supporting the Collections and Design Studio Manager.

The role:

  • Manage garment sample tracking - book in and book out samples and keep track of their location for PR and production.
  • Manage the garment gifting tracker each season, working with our PR team.
  • Assist with sales - inputting/checking orders, sending order confirmations and invoices.
  • Process and keep track of the sample archive.
  • Process orders for distribution to customers and manage the distribution calendar/tracker; whilst liaising with stores for credit control and shipping.
  • Manage web-shop stock - keep an up to date inventory and handle sales, customer returns and enquiries.
  • Keep track of and order supplies for the studio, including gift boxes, shipping supplies, pattern cutting supplies, garment labels, office and sewing supplies.
  • Input sales data into Zedonk.
  • Assist in E-commerce, managing the Shopify website, confirming on-line orders, dealing with shipping and returns, replying to customers queries, ensuring smooth running of e-commerce site.
  • Dealing with all accounts relating to the studio, UPS, cleaning company, building etc. Manage petty cash and invoices.
  • Keep stock inventory.
  • Responding to customer enquiries from Social and Instagram feeds.

The candidate:

  • Knowledge of word and excel essential
  • Organised and logical, ability to work at a fast pace unsupervised and use initiative
  • Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
