Victoria Beckham is looking for motivated, dedicated students to support the Accessories team with administrative and organisational tasks.

Responsibilities of the Accessories Intern:

• Sample management: maintain an up-to-date sample tracker with images; monitor the lending of samples externally and internally for shoots, press, gifting, etc.
• Prepare shipments and monitor deliveries.
• Build sample sale tracker: list of items, with descriptions.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate Accessories samples for various shoots.
• Support team with preparing Design and Product Development Meetings(prepare protos, raw materials, colour cards, boards, room set up).
• Maintain an updated library of raw materials: trims, leathers, hardware items, colour cards, so the team can quickly locate them when needed.
• Support the team in the preparation of Shows and key Fittings and Shoots (samples preparation and shipments, packing lists, tools needed for the Show prep and fittings)

What Victoria Beckham is looking for:

• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills: able to effectively share info with internal and external teams in a clear and concise way.
• Flexible attitude and commitment to getting the job done.
• Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is beneficial
