Beauty Street, a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle media platform built around authentic street interviews, is looking for ambitious interns to help us grow across TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms.

We speak to real people about skincare, beauty, fashion, fragrance, treatments, personal style and confidence. Our content combines honest recommendations, entertaining conversations and personal stories to create videos that feel relatable, engaging and highly shareable.  Working directly with the founder, who has previously built a multimillion-pound brand, raised venture capital funding and scaled products to hundreds of thousands of users. Alongside content creation, we are happy to teach you about startups, social media growth, branding, fundraising and building a business from the ground up.

What the Beauty & Lifestyle Content Intern will do…

Create short-form beauty and lifestyle content, including:

• Approaching and interviewing people for Beauty Street videos.
• Asking engaging questions about beauty, skincare, fashion, fragrance and confidence.
• Helping develop new interview concepts, hooks and content formats.
• Filming short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Supporting basic video editing, captions and content preparation.
• Identifying trends, products and topics that our audience will care about.
• Helping us grow and shape the identity of an emerging media brand.

What Beauty Street is looking for:

• Interested in beauty, skincare, fashion, media or social content.
• Confident speaking to and approaching new people.
• Reliable, organised and able to communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working in busy public locations.
• A basic understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• Creative, coachable and willing to test new ideas.
• Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for engaging moments.
