What is the role?

• Reporting to the Senior Amazon Key Account Manager, the Selected E-Commerce Partners (SEP) & Amazon Intern will support and work collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to assist our Selected E-Commerce Partners such as Look Fantastic, ASOS, Amazon, to provide day to day support and data analysis to drive business performance across the E-Commerce channel.  
• The role will be a mixture of both operational and analytical duties as you will be required to dive deep into the data to ensure the highest level of performance for ghd. 
• Alongside the E-Commerce channel you will work closely with numerous other teams within ghd such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to enhance the ghd portfolio. 
• ‘’UK and Ireland’’ is the largest and most developed markets for ghd. It is a critical territory for the sustainability of the brand at a global level. Consequently, the SEP & Amazon Intern plays a key role in supporting in delivering, executing, and achieving the E-Commerce & Key Accounts objective which is to execute with excellence and lead best in class examples as a flagship market to deliver solid revenue sales. 

 
Responsibilities:

• Supporting and nurturing currently relationships with our Selected E-Commerce Partners 
• Confidently Analysing and accurately recording of all data to ensure a true picture of performance is captured 
• Supporting the E-Commerce Team to deliver and executive plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness across all platforms. 
• Research and digest market trends and consumer insights to support our ambitious growth plans 
• Monitoring and analysing competitor activity and strategies · Developing strategies to maximize promotional activities 
• Support in the preparation for all meetings including data analysis and market insights

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot trends and opportunities 
• A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Previous experience exposure within a similar role 
• Excel in data analysis, interpretation and reporting 
• Confident with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
• Driven with a zealous, outgoing, and positive ‘can do’ attitude 
• Good organisational and multi-tasking skills 
• Passionate about beauty and hair obsessed 
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
