About: Adẹ̀kọ́ & Co is an independent, multi-disciplinary design studio that specialises in storytelling, often through space and materiality, founded and led by Tolu Adeko, Creative Director.

Stories are powerful, and strong brands are built around them. We make every brand experience unique and successful by telling its own memorable story by exploring palettes of materials, colours, and moods. Everything—from form to finish—is chosen for a reason, and all of it comes back to the story.

Starting with a simple conversation, we take the time to understand our clients’ concepts, and we work collaboratively to create designs that fit with them seamlessly. The studio’s key areas of focus are interior design and architecture, art direction, identity, and communication. Our clients’ businesses are in a diverse range of industries such as hospitality, food and beverage, property, retail, and luxury goods, as well as a select number of marine and cruise ship projects.

Adẹ̀kọ́ &Co is re-starting their intern program and will be taking on graduates from the 5th of September to work closely with our international design teams in the London studio.  Reporting to our Operations Manager, this is initially a 6-month position with the potential to stay with us longer or join permanently.


Social Media: 

  • Support drafting copy for social media content
  • Managing company social media accounts, including Instagram, Tiktok & Twitter
  • Support with improving website content and standing, including SEO, Google Analytics etc
  • Support with management of influencer outreach, as well as all media appointments to grow media presence for brand portfolio


  • Support drafting project press releases
  • Taking part and making minutes during client calls and meetings
  • Support  activating the PR & communications strategies for and grow media presence across traditional and digital channels
  • Generate outreach leads and communicate with journalists to answer questions
  • Support managing the creation of communications calendars and working with all internal teams to ensure integrated and timely messaging
  • Support with management of brand assets, creation and distribution
  • Support identifying opportunities both internally and within the industry and target media
  • Working closely with key brands to identify and build opportunities
  • Support managing mailing list and creating newsletters


  •  Organise shoot logistics from pre-production to post-production (this includes being on-site for shoots).
  • Support the Art Director in pre-production, including but not limited to: booking creative talent, locations, sourcing props, freelancers, styling, travel bookings, castings and briefings.
  • Coordinate samples and couriers to locations, including the return to the office and unpacking.
  • Produce and distribute production documents e.g. call sheets
  • Support Art Director in managing budget: ensure invoices and expenses are submitted
  • Proactive support of the full shoot crew on set as required, ensuring shot count and deliverables are fulfilled and that everyone is well looked after


  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 09:30 – 18:00, 2 days on-site in the London studio and two days location flexible
  • Passion for design, architecture and property
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator—both in person and online ·
  • Ability to excel at working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Native or native-level English speaker and writer
  • Strong creative ideas for creating content marketing campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Interest and general knowledge of the luxury design industry
  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and extremely well organised and detail-oriented with strong attention to detail


  • Proficiency in other languages, French, Spanish, or Mandarin, is advantageous
