What the Studio Intern will be doing:
What Tina Aileen is looking for:
This internship offers a chance to see how creative projects come to life, from concept to production, while gaining practical experience in a real studio environment.
As a Studio Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a small creative studio. You’ll work closely with a creative team and be involved in a variety of tasks, from preparing materials and assisting during shoots or events to helping organise studio spaces and supporting creative production.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn how creative projects develop from concept to execution. This may include helping with basic content preparation, assisting with behind-the-scenes documentation, supporting social media content capture, and helping with general administrative tasks.
Throughout the internship, you’ll gain insight into how creative businesses operate — including elements of branding, content creation, event preparation, and client-facing work. We’ll provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities to observe different parts of the creative process, depending on your interests.
Above all, this role is designed to give you a supportive environment where you can learn, ask questions, build confidence, and develop practical skills that will be valuable in creative, fashion, media, or event-related careers.
