Located right next to Liverpool Street Station, our friendly team is excited to welcome an independent, motivated individual eager to contribute and learn. This role provides hands-on experience in data management, report generation, and client support within our customer success team. 

While the primary focus will be data cleanup and report generation, the intern will also work closely with the Customer Success Managers and our clients, gaining expertise in our platform to help answer questions and provide support. This role offers a path to becoming a customer success expert, with opportunities to build client-facing skills, strengthen communication abilities, and expand professional networks. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Success Intern

Data Cleanup:

  • Assist in cleaning and organising data to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Structure data to support meaningful analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity by following best practices for data management.

Report Generation:

  • Support the creation of reports by collecting, formatting, and analysing data.
  • Collaborate with the team to verify the accuracy and quality of reports.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on report findings to enhance customer success initiatives.

Platform Expertise & Client Support:

  • Become proficient in using our platform to address client inquiries and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Act as a knowledge resource, helping clients navigate and understand platform features.
  • Escalate complex client issues to senior team members as needed while providing clear background information.

Customer Success Skills Development:

  • Participate in training sessions focused on communication, client engagement, and account management.
  • Through training and mentorship, develop the skills to transition into a customer success expert role.
  • Showcase your commitment and potential in the CS field, with the possibility of future full-time opportunities.

What WeArisma​​​​​​​ is looking for:

  • Full-time availability in London. 
  • We operate a hybrid working model, so you must be in the office twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays). 
  • Good general standard of education, preferably at degree level.
  • Passion for the blogging and social media industry
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, Arabic, or any other second language is a bonus.
