About: Sister Jane is a vintage-inspired London based contemporary fashion brand sold internationally across 200 multi-brand stores and departments stores worldwide, as well as its London flagship store and e-commerce (SisterJane.com). This is an extremely attractive role for an experienced candidate who is passionate about fashion and would be interested to join a fast-growing business and a dynamic and international team. The showroom is located in the converted loft of a charming historic church hall in the iconic Notting Hill neighbourhood of London.
The Digital Media Content Intern will support the Marketing and E-Com team in the content creation and running of the social media channels for Sister Jane, Sister Jane Menswear and Ghospell and execute the digital communication strategy for the company's two brands.
Based at the brand’s offices at the Sister Jane Townhouse, the Digital Media Content Intern will work closely with the Marketing and E-Com teams to deliver compelling digital narratives for the two brands.
This is a paid 3-6 months position with the potential of a permanent role..
Responsibilities:
Create beautiful, dynamic, brand-led video & photographic content for the various social channels
Ensure brand consistency in content, copy, tone of voice and relevancy
Support the creative team in filming during content days, including liaising with influencers and talent
Support the team with the production weekly/monthly reports on the performance of social media channels
Support the team in the day to day execution of digital marketing activities including affiliates, retargeting and paid social media.
Support the Head of Ecommerce in the planning and allocation of the digital marketing budget
Create and schedule weekly social media plans, identifying relevant UGC and ensuring the latest brands' collections are effectively communicated
Writing copy for the Sister Jane and Ghospell social media accounts in line with the brand’s tone-of-voice
Respond to direct messages including general inquiries and post comments
Edit and rework imagery where necessary to best fit social media formats.
Support the e-com team with:
copy-writing and product information where necessary
creation and management of paid digital campaigns
analytics and reporting on social media performance
Liaise with the PR team to track the effectiveness of the influencer gifting program
Requirements:
Digital marketing and social media savvy
A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
Strong copywriting skills
A strong understanding of cultural trends inclusive of fashion, media, music and art
Fluent in and passionate about creating content for all social channels
Strong understanding of social media platforms - consistently up to date with the latest trends and ability to contribute original idea
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, but small team, across multiple projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
A highly motivated, organised and extremely detail-oriented individual who shows great initiative
Proactive in seeking, identifying and developing new opportunities
