About: Established in 2008, Emilia Wickstead is a British luxury womenswear brand synonymous with modern femininity and timeless elegance. Founded by New Zealand-born designer Emilia Wickstead, a Central Saint Martins graduate, the brand is celebrated for its refined silhouettes, masterful use of colour, and exacting craftsmanship. Combining traditional techniques with contemporary design, Emilia Wickstead creates elegant, wearable pieces for the modern woman. The brand's collections include ready-to-wear, bridal, and bespoke services that are stocked globally at prestigious retailers including Net-A-Porter, Harrods, Selfridges, and Neiman Marcus. Our flagship store opened on London's Sloane Street in 2022 and has seen clients include royalty, celebrities, and discerning women alike.

Starting this November, Emilia Wickstead is seeking a part-time recruit to support e-commerce operations, including website management, product data quality, and digital operations.

While working out of our head office in Kensai Rise, this exciting opportunity will provide the successful applicant with real responsibility and exposure to how a luxury fashion brand operates online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product metafields on Shopify (sizes, fabrics, care instructions, style details)
  • Exposure to all aspects of fashion e-commerce operations
  • Quality check product pages for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure consistent product naming and categorisation
  • Maintain and update size guides and fit information
  • Audit product catalogue for missing or incorrect data
  • General administrative support for e-commerce operations
  • Customer Care support during busy periods

The Candidate:

  • A student or graduate in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Business, Fashion Management, or a related field
  • Genuine passion for luxury fashion and e-commerce
  • Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent written English
  • Self-motivated and proactive learner
  • Interest in the data and operational side of the fashion business

Commitment:
