The Bank is a London-based designer fashion boutique offering a carefully curated selection of clothing, footwear, bags and accessories from leading international brands. We operate online and across two London boutiques.

We are looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive E-commerce & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of our online store while gaining practical experience in digital marketing, content creation and luxury retail.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or student with a strong interest in fashion seeking to begin a career in e-commerce and marketing.  Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company.

This is a part-time role, working two to three days per week from our St John's Wood Office.

Key Responsibilities of the E-commerce & Marketing Intern:

• Support the day-to-day management of the online store
• Upload new products and update product information on Shopify
• Maintain website collections, stock levels, product placement and sale discounts
• Create weekly email marketing newsletters
• Assist with content planning, creation and scheduling
• Process customer orders from acceptance through to dispatch
• Pack and dispatch online orders
• Maintain sales reports and order records in Excel
• Monitor packaging supplies and reorder when necessary
• Support the shop-floor team when required
