As the Luxury Fashion Intern, you will manage the day-to-day running of the shared fashion cupboard for both Elle and Harper’s Bazaar, overseeing all aspects of the merchandise and sample process, including receiving, logging and returning call-ins. You will also assist with shoot preparation, shoots and on-page credits.   

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and workflow of the fashion cupboard, reporting to the Fashion Director. 
• Maintain the general upkeep of the fashion cupboard, ensuring it is tidy and organised at all times. 
• Overseeing the process for a high volume of merchandise call-ins/returns. Unpacking and arranging all incoming samples, and processing sample returns 
• Ensuring all merchandise is booked in and out, and items are logged and tracked meticulously. 
• Liaising with the post room and booking couriers for sample collection and/or returns. 
• Overseeing the safe management of samples and monitoring their movement between PR agencies and external studios 

What we're looking for:

• Motivated, organised and reliable with a current knowledge and understanding of fashion brands. 
• Exceptional communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work 
• A team player who is eager to learn, with a polite and friendly manner
