Pepa London is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join the team in Victoria, London for six months.

As a Graphic Design Intern at Pepa London, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing and design team. Working closely with the wider Marketing team and the Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to both ongoing initiatives and new projects.

This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while bringing fresh, creative ideas to support the brand’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities of the Graphic Design Intern:

  • Support the Junior Graphic Designer with day to day tasks across the department. 
  • Update store visuals and support with seasonal documents for clienteling. 
  • Assist with collection launches on the website through content block design and image updates. 
  • Seasonal photo editing across studio, ecomm and campaign. 
  • Work with the Marketing team during photoshoots with prop prep and on the day support. 
  • Social ads design. 
  • Social media story design. 
  • Seasonal document creation (PR lookbooks, Event invites…)

  • Proficient with Photoshop and InDesign. 
  • Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to get involved with a wide variety of tasks.
  • Studying or experienced in graphic design 
  • Strong ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive within a collaborative team.
