The HR Intern is a key part of the Prada HR Team for North Europe, based at our Head Office in London.
In this role, the HR Intern will provide comprehensive HR administrative support for the day-to-day operations of HR and will contribute proactively. This position is for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Intern:
- Supporting the team with generalist HR administration at all stages of the employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, contract changes
- Managing the HR Information System and ensuring data entry and reporting are completed with accuracy and according to deadlines
- First point of contact to respond to HR queries
- Coordination of activities, processes and projects within the HR Team
What Prada Group is looking for:
- Degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Economics, Psychology or a comparable field
- Experience of working within an HR department
- Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Proactive, curious, self-motivated with attention to detail and good time management
- Good competency in Microsoft Office
