We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Intern to join Palome — a small, fast-growing fashion brand building a strong creative identity and engaged community.

This is a hands-on role for someone genuinely excited about fashion, marketing and brand building.  Working closely with the founder, the successful applicant will support community growth, gifting and influencer relationships, newsletters, research and marketing operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious and proactive, and who enjoys being involved in the behind-the-scenes work that helps a brand grow.

This is an on-site role based near London Bridge, 3 days per week.

What the Marketing & Community Intern will be doing:

• Supporting influencer marketing and UGC campaigns, from initial creator research and outreach through to content delivery and follow-ups
• Researching and identifying relevant influencers, content creators and potential brand partners
• Assisting with gifting and product seeding, including organising gifting lists, preparing and packing parcels, tracking deliveries and coordinating logistics
• Managing day-to-day creator communications, including emails, DMs, outreach and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate and organised records of gifting, influencer partnerships, content submissions and campaign activity
• Supporting the coordination of paid UGC and influencer advertising campaigns, including briefs, content tracking and approvals
• Helping to build and nurture relationships with creators and the wider Palome community
• Keeping up to date with emerging creators, social media trends and relevant developments within fashion and digital culture
• Providing additional support with social media, newsletters, marketing materials and brand events where needed
• General marketing and administrative support, being a reliable extra pair of hands across the business

What Palome is looking for:

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about influencer marketing and the fashion industry.
• A genuine interest in fashion, digital marketing and community building
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write professional, engaging emails and outreach messages
• A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including the wider creator and influencer landscape
• Confident researching and identifying creators who align with a brand's identity and audience
• Proactive, reliable and hard-working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow things through
• Comfortable managing ongoing communications, keeping records organised and meeting deadlines
• Happy to get involved in both marketing activities and hands-on operational tasks, including packing and organising gifting
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment
• Available to work on-site 2–3 days per week near London Bridge
