Katto is a modern kitchenware company, handcrafting exceptional kitchen tools from our Sheffield workshop. While we’re best known for our high-quality knives, our product range is growing – and so is our business. Thanks to our brilliant customers, we’re expanding quickly and looking for a motivated intern to join our team over the summer.

This is an exciting, marketing-focused internship that provides hands-on experience across brand growth, content, partnerships, and customer acquisition.  Working closely alongside the founders, the successful applicant will gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a fast-growing start-up across paid marketing, organic social, influencer campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

This is a three-month role with the potential to transition into a permanent position upon completion.  It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn across multiple areas of modern marketing while making a real impact from day one.

What the Marketing Intern will be doing:

• Paid Marketing Support – Assist with paid social campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Organic & Content Marketing – Help plan and create content for social media, support community engagement, contribute to email campaigns.
• Influencer & Partnership Marketing – Support influencer outreach, relationship management, gifting campaigns, and brand collaborations.
• Marketing Operations & Growth – Help coordinate launches, track campaign performance, support customer experience initiatives.
• General Start-Up Support – Jump into cross-functional projects as needed, working closely with the founders and contributing creatively to the growth of the business.

What Katto is looking for:

• A self-starter with a strong willingness to learn.
• Adaptable and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in start-ups, cooking, craftsmanship, and/or premium consumer brands
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A native-level English speaker
• No experience is necessary – just enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude.
