Hunter Boots is looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic intern to join our Hunter Apparel team, supporting the Garment Technology function with a focus on outerwear.  This is a great opportunity for a graduate in fashion, textiles, or garment technology to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and established brand environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist the Senior Garment Technologist in measuring incoming and outgoing fit samples
  • Organise and maintain sample sets across key stages (proto, SMS, PPS, etc.)
  • Track sample status across multiple seasons and categories, ensuring clear and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare and ship samples to customers, factories, and other stakeholders as required
  • Manage model bookings
  • Support fit sessions by organising samples, taking notes, and assisting in fit evaluations.
  • Help with the creation and maintenance of measurement charts and technical documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including file organisation, updating internal trackers, fit logs and meeting preparation.

What Hunter Boots is looking for:

  • Graduate in fashion, garment technology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in outerwear construction and technical products
  • High attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • A minimum of a basic understanding of garment measurements and construction
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
  • Eligible to work in the UK (no support Visa will be provided)
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Illustrator is a plus
