16Arlington has an exciting opening for an enthusiastic, driven Production Intern to work with the product development and production teams in London, assisting with fit, quality, and consistency across all products, from initial sampling through to production.

The role is for an immediate start, a minimum of 1 month full-time, with the option to extend in the future. 

Key Responsibilities of the Production Intern:

• Measure factory samples against measurement charts, noting any discrepancies
• Assist in fit sessions, taking comments or photos as needed
• Assist in preparing detailed tech packs for factory handover and product launch, including photos, comments and measurement charts
• Maintain internal work in progress documents, tracking status of styles in development
• Create and order wash care labels in line with compliance and brand requirements
• Maintain master data on Zedonk, including fabric compositions, size range and product specifications
• Assist with material deliveries, counting inventory and splitting materials out per factory
• Book collections and deliveries using DHL and Gophr couriers to deliver samples, patterns, fabrics, and trims as needed
• Liaise with factories and external suppliers for updates in support of the production manager

What 16Arlington is looking for:

• Available for immediate start
• Understanding of garment fit and construction
• Confident in measuring garments and interpreting technical specifications
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers
