About: We are a London-based showroom representing numerous international brands in their transition into the UK market. These womenswear brands are hand-selected worldwide, from Montreal to Paris. Jonny Drama has successfully developed unfamiliar brands into iconic household names. We have established successful and loyal relationships with the top independent boutiques and department stores across the British Isles and Europe.

Jonny Drama follows the two annual selling seasons.  During January and February, we showcase our Autumn/Winter collections. In July and August, we transition to our Spring/Summer collections. In these selling months, we invite top buyers to our London showroom or to a special weekend event at The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate, offering an intimate setting to explore our collections on offer.

Jonny Drama seeks an adaptable, collaborative Showroom Intern to join the team in London for a minimum of one month.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist, plan and lead in buying appointments with fashion buyers.
  • Ensure the smooth organisation, set up and running of a showroom.
  • Support the distribution team where required.
  • Assist with unpacking, steaming and pricing garments.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with buyers.
  • Liaising with couriers and fashion brands.
  • Aid in administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • A student or graduate from a creative or fashion-related degree.
  •  Interest in fashion.
  • Adaptable and ready to learn.
  • Confidence for customer-facing tasks.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Diligence for administrative duties.
  • Proficient phone etiquette.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
