Multi-brand designer children's wear wholesale agent BRAND STABLE is looking for a Showroom Sales Support Intern to support the day-to-day operational activities of a busy fashion wholesale showroom in Shepherd's Bush.

The agency represents the kidswear collections of brands such as Balmain, Stella McCartney, Guess, Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli and many more, working with clients such as Harrods, Selfridges and Children's Salon, to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accepting delivery of samples 
• Unboxing and unpacking all collections, pricing them and VM according to brands guidelines
• Answering  and making client phone calls
• Arranging appointments
• Liaising and solving clients' queries
• Organising lunch
• Merchandising the collections
• Coordinating all sales and after-sales activities
• Inputting orders and using different software for order processing
• Supporting the sales team at all times

Profile:

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Interested in Sales
• Flexibility in learning every aspect of one of the busiest agencies in the UK.
• Proactive
• Common sense
• Ability to multitask.
• Works well under pressure able to adhere to strict deadlines.
