Fashion stylist Denise Brown, founder of Style Under Surveillance, is looking for a motivated, creative Social Media Intern to help grow the brand’s online presence.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion and social media, keen to learn and looking to gain practical industry experience.  The successful applicant will receive ongoing mentorship, career guidance and support from Denise.

Applicants must be based in London and available to attend fashion shows, press events and other work-related activities across the city when required.

Main Responsibilities of the Social Media Intern:

• Film Denise working behind the scenes at fashion shows and events using her phone or camera.
• Film short interviews and highlights at London Fashion Week and other events.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Edit videos using CapCut, adding music, titles, text and effects.
• Help plan and post social media content.
• Help grow followers and engagement.
• Update WordPress and check social media statistics when needed.

What we're looking for:

• Active on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Know how to use Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok well
• Good at writing clearly and professionally.
• Understand how to read social media and website stats.
• Keep up with the latest trends on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• London-based
• Available to attend fashion shows, press events and other work-related activities across the city when required.

Hours, Pay and Benefits

• Six working days per month
• Approximately four to six hours per working day
• Paid at the applicable National Minimum Wage
• Ongoing mentorship and career guidance from fashion stylist Denise Brown
