About: BRIDGE is an independent talent management agency founded in 2014, representing models, content creators and artists internationally.
We exist to bridge the gap between standard and plus size modelling, and to make sure all ethnicities, backgrounds and body types are represented. In 2016 we launched the UK's first men's division for bigger and broader models. In 2017 we added our creator and artist division. In 2019 we opened in New York.
Our talent works with Calvin Klein, Savage X Fenty, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, adidas, SKIMS, Vogue and Selfridges.
We are female founded with no outside shareholders, so decisions get made in the interest of our talent and clients, not an investor. The board is deliberately small, which means genuine one to one management and career development rather than volume booking.
If you want your work to have a visible effect on people's careers and on who gets seen in mainstream media, this is a good place to do it.
