Galvan, a modern luxury brand celebrated for its refined design, exceptional craftsmanship, and commitment to quality, seeks a highly organised, motivated, initiative-taking (paid) Intern with a meticulous eye for detail to support the business in both creative and operational functions. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced luxury fashion environment, working closely with our Wholesale and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support across all wholesale accounts where needed.
• Help collate and manage Key WHS accounts ST% Reports for Trade and Merch ST% for best sellers – seasonal analysis and in-depth reports.
• Supporting with pre-market preparations, including casting models, coordinating travel and accommodation.
• Support Wholesale team during market and with scheduling appointments.
• Support during Sales Meetings and Product Trainings for each collection.
• Support throughout Virtual market upload, including pricing upload and image upload.
• Support on order entry and for Main orders, Re-orders, Stock swaps.
• Order entry for Staff allowance and uniform orders.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service – both written and verbal.
• Support on logistics during seasonal delivery windows with allocation and creation of shipping documents/labels.
• Support with asset send outs to partners and copy forms.
• Assist with sample management as necessary for wholesale needs.
• Compile stock list for off-price, gifting and other ad hoc projects.
• Support on monthly and seasonal reporting and analysis across wholesale
• International travel may be required.

• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficient with Word and PowerPoint
