We have an exciting entry-level opportunity to join our Wholesale team as a Sales Operations Intern.  The successful applicant will gain insight into the general operations of wholesale functions in Ralph Lauren and support the team with managing an increase in administrative work.

We currently operate on a hybrid workforce with minimum 2 days a week in the office 3 days working from home. Our office is based on Bond Street in central London.

The Wholesale Operations Intern will assist with daily duties, including reconciliation & release of sales orders, managing queries from internal & external colleagues with some reporting and analysis.  An integral part of the role will be to manage & process multiple daily orders on the B2B platform, as well as assist with account queries and creation.  Liaising with various departments across the business, including the sales team, fulfilment/supply chain, credit control & management to ensure the customer orders are released and delivered efficiently and team KPI’s are met. Assisting the team with returns, refused deliveries and general ad-hoc duties.


  • Processing of B2B orders – daily requirement
  • Running and sending daily/weekly reports
  • Assist in processing returns & raising RA’s.
  • Creating order confirmation template files to aid earlier release
  • Assisting with special order e.g. Golf orders and special requests (embroidery)
  • Helping to monitor and distribute wardrobing

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, e.g. vlookups / pivot tables / sorting & presenting data
  • Ability to manage large workloads and prioritise daily/weekly tasks
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, use own initiative, integrate into a large team
