A fantastic opportunity for an Accessories Merchandiser to join a clothing manufacturer and supplier based in the East Midlands, who specialise in licensed goods.

The Role:

• Assisting and support the Senior Management Team.
• Liaising with factories on a regular basis
• Ensuring customer contracts are correct and completed.
• Critical Path management
• Chasing samples and prices.
• Lab dips and strike offs.
• Costings and negotiations.
• Liaising with internal departments including logistics, design, sales etc.
• Ensuring label artwork is correct and giving approval to factory.
• Product development.
• Measuring and sending development requests.
• Maintain and updating customer records.
• Attending meetings and taking minutes.
• Liaising with Far East and UK on a daily basis

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a merchandising role 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Communication skills 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fully computer literate and have Excel skills.
• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Experience in licensing is an advantage.
