Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and well a organised Administration Assistant to join us at our Retail Operations team, at our head office in South Kensington.  Maternity Leave – 9-month fixed term contract. Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.  Salary c.£25,000 pa. (pro-rated)

You will be assisting and supporting Retail Operations & Systems Manager with their daily schedule and projects by providing administrative support while being flexible to support production team when necessary. You will be accountable for all stock allocations as well as keeping good communication levels with all stores while frequently liaising with a number of internal and external parties including suppliers, warehouse and various department within the company. Good Microsoft Office skills are essential along with an understanding of supply chain systems. Ideally you will have supply chain, retail and a warehousing background.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock transaction and maintain inventory at all Bamford locations
  • Manging allocations to all our Bamford stores
  • Liasing with our production team on intake and updating allocation files.
  • Communicating procedures to our retail staff
  • Supporting stores with all replenishments
  • Preparing stores for stocktakes
  • Liasing with the warehouse on all stock queries
  • Arranging collections and monitoring each to its destination
  • Investigating all order queries with the warehouse
  • Setting up new products on all of our systems
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports
