LENY, a London-based womenswear brand creating a day-to-night wardrobe inspired by 90s minimalism and stocked at Selfridges, is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing & Growth Manager to scale its affiliate programme, drive sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness while preserving LENY’s identity and aesthetic.

This is a commercial growth role requiring specialist affiliate expertise and a proven track record of delivering measurable revenue.

The role of Affiliate Marketing & Growth Manager:

• Own our affiliate strategy and programme management, with clear sales and profitability targets.
• Recruit and activate publishers, content partners and creators at scale, ensuring every partnership aligns with LENY’s aesthetic, positioning and audience.
• Manage affiliate platforms, including Awin, covering onboarding, commission structures, tracking and reporting.
• Develop TikTok affiliate opportunities, identifying relevant creators and building campaigns that convert.
• Negotiate partnerships, placements and incentives, and coordinate activity around launches and key trading periods.
• Analyse partner performance, revenue, conversion and acquisition costs to grow the channel profitably.
• Ensure affiliate content and promotional activity reflect the brand’s identity and standards.

What LENY is looking for:

• Direct experience managing affiliate programme performance
• Proven experience scaling affiliate revenue for fashion, retail or ecommerce brands.
• In-depth knowledge of the affiliate marketplace, including hands-on experience with Awin and a strong understanding of TikTok’s affiliate ecosystem.
• A track record of recruiting and managing an active, revenue-generating partner network.
• A strong eye for brand alignment and an understanding of how to grow a fashion brand while maintaining its positioning.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a clear understanding of attribution, commission economics and profitable customer acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial results.
