Eveness is looking for a visionary Art Director who can manage content planning, our video editors and graphic designers, photo shoots, and casting. 

The successful applicant will lead the creative direction across campaigns, editorial shoots, and visual storytelling for our company, which uses scanning to filter an inventory based on what looks best on someone's body shape and colour analysis. We also design fashion pieces. We are a tech-empowered fashion company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a creative strategy for brand and social content
• Lead and oversee photo and video shoots — from concept to final edit
• Direct a small creative team (designers, editors, videographers)
• Manage casting for models, photographers, and production crew
• Collaborate with founders to evolve the Eveness visual identity
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s editorial and tech-forward tone

The Candidate:

• Background in fashion, creative direction, or visual communication
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an editorial eye
• Confident in managing teams and presenting creative vision
• Passion for design innovation and emerging digital aesthetics
• Experience with AI or tech-based creative workflows is a plus
