Tagged Resources client, one of the UK’s largest accessories suppliers, supplying men’s, ladies' and children’s products, is looking for an organised, enthusiastic Assistant Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator who can work at pace.

Working closely with the Compliance and Sustainability Manager, the Assistant Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator will keep abreast of the ever-changing landscape.  As the business accelerates the transformation of our business to suit the changing needs of our industry, a results-orientated individual is sought who not only has a passion for product technology, but a strong team-working ethos and a healthy commercial aim to join us on our journey.

What the Assistant Compliance Coordinator will do:

• Monitoring factory audit status, guiding factories and arranging audits when required. e.g. SMETA.
• Maintaining SEDEX site to ensure audits uploaded, SAQ’s completed, NCs closed and linked with customers where required.
• Maintaining internal audit and supplier/customer certification records, e.g. GRS, RWS, FSC, OEKO-TEX etc.
• Supply chain mapping of Tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 factories
• Maintain chain of custody certificates for sustainable certifications.
• Work co-operatively with internal colleagues and factories to ensure Company policies, procedures and associated standards are circulated and acknowledged.
• Liaise with factories to complete customer compliance and sustainability questionnaires when required.
• Ability to use customer-specific tools and systems.
• Assist with EU legislation data collection
• Assist with product technical tasks as and when required, e.g. product measuring, test report processing.

What Tagged Resources is looking for:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
• Graduated with an associated degree
• Can-do attitude and an ability to absorb information relating to key sustainability initiatives in products and raw materials.
• Good organisational skills, able to prioritise.
• Able to work well to deadlines.
• Multitasker
• Self-motivated
• Able to work well in a team but also have good initiative to work alone
• Able to travel overseas

Benefits:

• 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 based on length of service)
• Finish at 1.00 pm on Friday
• Monday - Thursday 8.00 am–4.30 pm
• Friday - 8.00 am–1.00 pm
