HARDWARE, a growing London-based fashion label, has a fantastic opportunity to join our team and work closely with our Designer & Founder.

We’re looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and hands-on assistant eager to grow within a fast-paced, creative brand environment.

This role is primarily remote with very flexible hours, but applicants must be London-based and available for in-person meetings three days per week.

Role Overview:

  • Create CADs for collaborations and new season collections
  • Assist the Designer & Founder with daily tasks, admin, and organisation
  • Support in sample development, fittings, and liaising with production teams
  • Film BTS of the process and have the skill set for editing reels and tik toks 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
  • proven experience liaising with international factories
  • Excellent CAD skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Highly confident in creating detailed tech packs for international factories
  • Strong product development and production experience
  • iMovie or similar editing skills for social media content
  • Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic with a strong eye for detail
