HARDWARE is a London-based fashion label, and we’re growing!  We’re looking for a committed new team member to start immediately, assisting our Designer & Founder in a dynamic, hands-on role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing fashion brand and work closely with an established designer.HARDWARE  is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic, experienced assistant who is ready to get involved.  This position will require you to work remotely and have very flexible hours. 

Role Overview:

  • Assist the Designer & Founder with daily tasks, including research, admin, and organization
  • Support in sample development, fittings, and liaising with production teams
  • Help coordinate influencer and press seeding
  • Assist in content creation and social media planning
  • Manage showroom appointments and brand-related events

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of industry experience liaising with international factories
  • London based & available for in person meetings and available 3 days a week 
  • Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
  • Extremely confident in Tech packs for international factories with lots of details 
  • Product development and production experience.
  • Proficient with 3D & 2D CAD & Rhino 3D Software 
  • iMovie skills for social media content
