An enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser is needed to join a rapidly growing Online Ladies Fashion Retailer & Brand.  

With at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, the Assistant Merchandiser will maximise sales and profit through the effective management of stock by analysing, forecasting, and trading products for their already successful online offering.

The role of Assistant Merchandiser:

• Work closely with the Merchandiser.
• Compiling and analysing stock and sales reports.
• Forecasting stock and sales.
• Weekly reporting of inventory levels.
• Knowledge of products and management of life cycles.
• Analysing market trends and have good seasonal awareness.
• Monitoring best & worst sellers then making recommendations on markdowns.
• Working with markdown strategies to maximize profitability.
• Assist with planning in promotional activity.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Chasing suppliers & Far East factories.
• Managing supply chain.
• Responsible for updating the Critical Path.
• Other duties as required.
