PRM's expanding team is looking for an Assistant Model Booker to join the booking team in Tower Bridge, London.  If you have worked in a model agency before or as an Assistant Casting Director, this could be a position for you!
 
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Model Booker:

• Answering the door
• Greeting visitors, welcoming them and redirecting them appropriately
• Professionally answering the phone and routing calls as necessary
• Preparing, scanning and chasing contracts
• Assisting the booking team
• Dealing with the model's day-to-day appointments
• Making appointments for the models
• Calling fashion designers, stylists, magazines, etc.
• Arranging test shoots

What PRM is looking for:

• Experience working in a model agency or as an Assistant Casting Director
• Love and understand fashion
• IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Integrity
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• Teamworking ability
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical ability and a methodical approach and problem-solving skills
• Ability to review one’s own work and find and correct any mistakes
• Reliable with good timekeeping
