The key responsibility of the role is to support the Finance Manager in the provision of financial reporting and to provide visibility and support to all commercial teams

Main Responsibilities:

Account payable responsibilities, including supplier invoice and expense processing, bank reconciliations and management of supplier invoices to ensure they are approved and posted in a timely manner, ready for pay run and weekly cashflow report.

Requirements:

• Good technical accounting experience
• Analytical and detail orientated
• Accountable and willing to take ownership for their work.
• Self-motivated with an ability to multi task and work on own initiative.
• Multi-currency experience
• Experience of cost / budget control analysis
• Good understanding of VAT rules
• Xero experience
• Proficiency with Excel and good skills with Word, PowerPoint etc.

Beneficial:
