We are looking to build a team of sales/account management professionals passionate about our mission to help us scale the number of brands on the platform. The role is based out of our London Office in Coal Drops Yard/Kings Cross.

What you'll do:

  • Be on the front line of finding the next wave of incredible brands to join the Wolf & Badger marketplace
  • Research brand prospects using numerous sources including reviewing competitive platforms, trade show lists, instagram and other social platforms, fashion and design publications, etc.
  • Approach brands through a targeted strategy encompassing email, calling, social messaging, and event/trade show attendance
  • Articulate and evangelize Wolf & Badger's value proposition to decision-makers
  • Drive revenue by setting sales meetings and closing partnerships
  • Build and cultivate a large pipeline of opportunities to generate consistent, predictable results that meet and exceed goals
  • Maintain all required sales activities and details accurately and timely in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Convey brand feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate teams and business leaders in an effective manner
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Success, Retail, PR/Events and Marketing teams


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 years of professional experience with time spent in a sales/partnerships/business development/account management role
  • Self-motivated with competitive spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You enjoy being part of a team and doing whatever it takes to help that team succeed
  • Interest in fashion and design brands and believe in the importance of ethical and sustainable business practices
  • Experience working with CRM/sales automation software
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a startup-like environment
