About: We Are Phase Eight. The go-to destination for empowering, feminine style that inspires.

We understand the uplifting power and joy in finding pieces that make you feel like the best version of yourself. Because great style isn't just about clothes, it's about the mindset too.

Are you interested in fashion and have a curiosity about the buying journey? Do you thrive on organisation and enjoy working hands-on with product? If so, this could be your perfect first step into buying at Phase Eight.

As the Buying Admin Assistant within the Woven Tops and Jersey team, you'll be right at the heart of how our Phase Eight collections come to life. You'll be a vital assistance to the Senior Assistant Buyer and Senior Buyer on the department, directly contributing to the development and delivery of our Woven Tops and Jersey range that sets our brand apart.

What You'll Do:

  • As the Buying Admin Assistant, you’ll be the go-to-person for the critical path, tracking timelines and ensuring every stage of the product lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • You'll take ownership of sample management, from organisation and tracking to preparing samples for meetings, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
  • You'll actively contribute to analysing competitor activity and the latest seasonal trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve and inform our future Phase Eight collections.
  • As the Buying Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and preparing for range sign-off meetings, managing our systems and processes that keep our department moving forward seamlessly.
  • Immersing yourself in the Phase Eight brand, you’ll gain deep knowledge of our business and actively contribute to the creation of a profitable Woven Tops and Jersey range.

Who You'll Be:

You'll be highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and for keeping things on track. Most importantly, you're eager to learn and soak up knowledge from our experienced Buying team from day one.

While any exposure to a buying environment (through work, placements, or intern-level work) would be a bonus, it's not essential. We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A commercial mindset and a desire to contribute to the success of the Phase Eight brand.
  • Resourceful communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
  • The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • High motivation and a proactive attitude, always looking for ways to contribute and learn.

What's in it for you:

  • Across the TFG Brands, we pride ourselves on having our people at the heart of everything we do. We will give you the tools and the time to develop your career in the direction you want to go.  Alongside that, we have some great benefits which include:
  • Phase Eight Employee Discount of 70%, and 50% discount with Hobbs and Whistles, as per the TFG Brands Discount Policy
  • Up to 28 days holiday entitlement per annum in addition to the usual public and bank holidays
  • Financial and Wellbeing assistance
  • Enhanced Maternity package
  • Virtual GP service – unlimited access 24/7
  • Plus much more!

We have four brands in our portfolio: our iconic fashion brands Phase Eight, Whistles and Hobbs as well as our luxury Homewares brand Inside Story.
