Tagged Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Buying Admin Assistant to join a fast-growing online ladieswear retailer that's popular with both celebrities & Influencers.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, fashion-driven candidate to join a fast-paced Buying team. The ideal candidate will be a Fashion Graduate with a commercial fashion eye who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The Role:

• Assisting the Buying team with day-to-day administration.
• Responsibility for raising POs on new orders and re buys.
• Chasing and maintaining delivery schedules.
• Work proactively with the buyers to gain a full understanding of the range.
• Using key reports to analyse product performance and make appropriate re-buy orders.
• Review of competition to ensure our products are in line with the market across all key areas.
• Undertakes weekly analysis of ‘no sales’ and reports back to seniors Buyers.
• Working across Ladieswear multi-product new buys & campaigns.
• Work with a range of suppliers to negotiate prices, product & design selection
• Undertaking product development and developing propositions as an area of business grows.
• Weekly trading performance, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• A fashion graduate.
• Strong Excel & Google sheet skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage a workload and prioritise where required.
• Attention to detail
• Able to remain positive and resilient under pressure and adapt to change.
• A team player.
