A fast-fashion online clothing brand is looking to recruit a Buying / Wholesale Administrator with strong product knowledge to join its growing team in Manchester. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the critical buying path is achieved and that order management and sampling processes run to schedule.

This is a great opportunity to develop as a BAA in a growing business.

The role of Buying & Wholesale Administrator:

• Understanding product trends and interpreting them where relevant into product areas
• Monitoring Critical Path on Commitment to ensure intake and distribution targets are met
• Attending Fit sessions in the Buyers absence give styling comments
• Managing Supplier relationships
• Negotiating and liaising with Suppliers.
• Understanding of reports and actions that may need to be taken from Trade
• Managing critical path with suppliers and buyers.
• Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally
• Sample Management
• Ongoing familiarity with the competition’s product range
• Other duties as required.
