About: Designed for sneakerheads by sneakerheads. KLEKT was founded in 2013 by Heiko and Marius. Unsatisfied with selling on generic marketplace platforms the pair wanted a place where sneakerheads could come together to talk about drops, trade sneakers safely and bring the community together.

Over time, as the community grew so did the website. Eventually, this caught the attention of Crep Protect - a global leader in sneaker care - who then partnered with KLEKT in 2018. And the rest is history...

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and uploading of accurate product listings in line with time pressures as dictated by weekly sneaker/streetwear drops
  • Liaising with the Copy team for updates on Product Listings and which products require descriptions 
  • Work with the Warehouse Operatives on the organisation of 360 images
  • Support e-commerce activities such as product, price, category, homepage content management and creation of PLP’s for use in marketing emails and campaigns 
  • Working closely with the internal IT team to test and implement new development changes across all platforms 
  • Forming a close working relationship with internal teams (Authentication and Marketing) to ensure the website and app are always accurate and reflects the strongest product offer
  • Following briefs to keep up to date with trading plans for UK, international and app

About You:

  • An eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across data
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of  e-commerce platforms and flexibility to work with new ones
  • Good communication with other departments is critical; change requests can come in from any part of the business at any time
  • Collaborative - this position is part of the marketing team
  • A good knowledge of the sneaker and streetwear industry, staying up-to-date on current trends and releases
  • A tenacious and savvy individual who takes great pride in contributing to the growth of the business
  • Excellent organisational skills - obsessed with an attention to detail and thrive on getting things right the first time around
  • Self-motivated, a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • A fantastic team player! We’re a very close-knit team and need someone who isn’t afraid to share and action their ideas 
  • Comfortable and confident liaising with multiple departments from IT to Customer Service
  • A collaborative approach - which allows you to drive bigger thinking and efficiency
  • Proficient in Photoshop for creation of site assets (images)
