Designer Exchange is looking for a Content & Communications Executive to join the team in Knightsbridge, London.
As our Content and Communications Executive, the successful applicant will be the voice behind our email marketing across both our UK and Spanish markets. This will include owning weekly campaigns and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo end-to-end, from writing on-brand copy in both English and Spanish, template design, and segmentation, through to performance reporting.
The Content & Communications Executive will work closely with the wider UK marketing team to ensure every campaign resonates across both regions while continuously testing to boost engagement and revenue. Beyond email, this is a varied marketing role where you will manage English-to-Spanish translations, support offline brand events, craft style- and trend-led blogs, and manage visual merchandising on our site across our collections.
