The Role of Content Creation & Graphics Assistant

 We are looking for a full-time Content Creator and Graphics Assistant to utilise AI to create outstanding original content for use across our marketing channels.  The successful applicant will be responsible for editing multichannel assets, such as video and photos, from both in-house and professional sources.

Responsibilities will include colour correction and enhancement of footage from both iPhones and professional cameras, to be edited together for our product pages.

We are not looking for a huge amount of experience, but we do require the person in this role to have a natural attention to detail, be a fast learner and have a sense of urgency when it comes to workflow and deadlines. The right person for this role will be tech-savvy and image-focused.

What the Content Creation & Graphics Assistant will be doing:

• Creative content creation, product uploads and transferring content from shoots onto Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for e-commerce purposes.
• Utilising AI to create original content
• Video and photo editing
• Supporting Graphics activities such as:
  • Creating high-quality print assets, including but not limited to: Shop POS, lookbooks, product images, swing tags and promotional assets
  • Helping to design and produce the Aspiga Loves bi-monthly lifestyle magazine
  • Retouching, resizing and colour matching product images for use across our brand channels
  • Liaising with printers to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget
• Supporting with model casting photography
• Liaising with Retail teams to ensure seasonal store assets are delivered on time and on budget

What Aspiga is looking for:

• At least one year of experience in video editing and graphics work
• Some graphics experience and a minimum of one year working with:
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • AI tools
• An aptitude for AI and be confident to trial new programs to improve creativity and speed up workflow where possible.
• A can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working in either a start-up or small brand setting is a plus.
• Fashion retail experience is a plus.
