Nokwol is looking for an initiative-taking, energetic, idea-driven Content & Creative Assistant with a strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine passion for creating content worth stopping for to join the team in central London.

Working closely with our Head of Content, the Content & Creative Assistant will gain experience across every part of the creative process - from graphic design and image editing to video, social media, campaigns, website content, email marketing, and paid ads.

With our design team entirely in-house, the successful applicant will have a rare opportunity to see the full creative journey from concept to completion - witnessing how a product is born, developed and brought to life across every channel.  As part of a collaborative team, the Content & Creative Assistant will have real creative input and the opportunity to leave their mark on everything we produce at Nokwol.

This role is perfect for someone who has completed a creative or fashion-related degree and is ready to step into a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What the Content & Creative Assistant will be doing:

• Editing and retouching imagery to the standard our brand is known for.
•  Supporting the creation of content across our socials, website, email marketing campaigns, paid ads and product shoots.
• Assisting with video editing for social and campaign use.
• Keeping our visual output consistent and on-brand across every touchpoint.Bringing ideas to the table - trends you've spotted, viral videos and formats worth trying.
• Helping across all social media platforms, staying on top of what's working and what's next.
• Eager to get stuck in, learn on the job and grow with the brand.
• Using AI tools to work smarter and faster where it adds value - don’t worry if this is something you’re unfamiliar with - if it’s new to you we will get you up to speed!
• Getting involved in the fun stuff too - launches, collaborations and everything in between.

 
What Nokwol is looking for:

• A degree in marketing, fashion, creative arts, graphic design or a related discipline.
• Genuinely passionate about fashion and footwear – we want an individual who loves fashion and the industry as a whole, just as much as we do.
• Skilled in design and editing tools and eager to keep learning.
• Cares about the quality of their work - the details matter to you.
• Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Hardworking, hungry, and ready to grow from day one.
• Open-minded, collaborative, and good fun to be around.
• Able to commit to being in the office full-time.

The Details

• Location: Nokwol Head Office, Central London.
• Working pattern: Full-time, on-site, 5 days per week, 8:30–5:30.
• Reporting into: Head of Content and Director.
• Start date: Immediate start available for the right person.
